Nancy ConnellySo I go up to The Gallery Cabaret to help celebrate CAU alumni Val Leventhal's Birthday and there is Nancy up on stage with her, singing a playing her heart out.

Nancy is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and she has great songwriting skills.

You must see this woman live and if you go up to The Gallery cabaret on a Thursday night for Garrett Lane's open mic, the odds are good that you will hear her.

Episode 47 - Garrett Lane E-mail
Garrett LaneHow can I possibly explain Garrett. He is a gentle wonderful man who on the outside is hardened by what he has done. He is a brilliant live sound engineer. He should be recorded as part of an oral history of the Seventies and rock and roll.
But, as you will hear in this show, there is another, emotional side to this man that is expressed by his live performance.

Enjoy this man, he is a jewel.

Episode 46 - Rachanee E-mail
RachaneeRachanee comes to us from Lansing, Michigan and is our first crossover Christian/Pop singer.

Rachanee and I talked about CAU being a secular Podcast as I wanted to make sure she was comfortable coming on the show. Not only was she comfortable, her angelic voice gave me goose bumps. It never ceases to amaze me how a tiny woman like Rachanee can have such a powerful voice.

Episode 45 - Teresa Storch E-mail
Theresa StorchNow, I know that I have a tendency to throw around platitudes, but I can't help it when the talent is so amazing.

Hailing from Cambridge, MA, Teresa Storch is beyond amazing. She is the first person that caused me to stop the show and take a break, because at the end of one of her songs I was crying like a baby

She has an engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines, which is no small feat. She danced ballet while getting that degree, and thank God she chose to become a Singer/Songwriter

I am proud to present this gifted and wonderful person. Please find the space in time to really listen to this show. Then, go to her website www.teresastorch.com and look at the beautiful photograph of her reflection in a window. It describes the scientific and creative sides of this performer. She can also be found at www.myspace.com/teresastorch

Gee, do you think I liked this person???

For those of you in Chicago, She is going to try to stop on her way back home and play live on Tuesday night the 19th at The Abbey Pub.
