The Holy Knives (TX)
The Holy Knives is the sonic vision of brothers Kyle and Kody Valentine, a band that infuses the sultry sounds of rock & roll with a tinge of desert psychedelia. Born and raised in New Orleans, residing in San Antonio, The Holy Knives released their debut EP, Ritual Bloom, this spring, performing at SXSW before touring across the United States. In between they travelled to Sonic Ranch studios in the deserts of West Texas, recording what would become their debut full-length album Year of the Black Dog, released November 2. Now they are touring across North America playing numerous festivals and shows in support of their album.

With her name on The Best Of list as one of 8 Chicago Acts of 2018 (Daily Herald), her latest release Moonlight Daughter on record store shelves, and Songwriting credit on a Berlinale Film Festival-selected documentary (Our Blood Is Wine), Nino Arobelidze is starting to come into her own.Based in Chicago, Nino Arobelidze (Girl Named Nino) is a Tbilisi born songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who received her music education in Classical Vocal Performance from DePaul University. She has been described as "Ever-evolving" (Richard Milne, 93XRT Local Anesthetic), "Rising Star of Indie, Soul, World Music and Jazz" (Daily Herald) and "A fantastic musician in her own right" (Tony Sarabia, WBEZ Radio M). Nino is currently working on her fourth studio album, AU CINEMA (Songs From the Movies You Haven't Seen Yet), due out in the fall of 2019.
